Ms. Nuth graduated with a bachelor of law degree (cum laude) from Atma Jaya Catholic University in 1998. She obtained her Master of Law in Corporate and Commercial Law (with distinction) from University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2000, and Master of Information and Communication Technology Law(with distinction) from the University of Oslo, Norway, in 2003. She received her doctorate from the University of Oslo in 2010 and is a senior research fellow at the Norwegian Research Center for Computers & Law since 2004 and a lecturer at the faculty of law of the University of Oslo since 2005.
During her practice, she has been involved in diverse transactions, including corporate finance, restructuring, merger and acquisition, and bankruptcy. At present, she is an partner in WNLP in charge of corporate, investment, information technology, international trade, capital market, banking and finance. From time to time she is often assigned in meetings and conferences between Indonesian trade delegations and their counterparts in Norway. She advises Norwegian governmental and non-governmental institutions as to matters that specifically require her expertise in the areas of electronic commerce law and electronic contracting.
