Book: Electronic Contracting In Europe (Benchmarking of National Contract Rules of United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Norway in Light of the EU E-Commerce Directive) (Oslo: Unipub, 2008).
This book is written by Maryke Silalahi Nuth, an of-counsel at Wahyu Nugroho Legal Practice (“WNLP”), who is a research fellow at the Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law and is currently taking her PhD at the University of Oslo, Norway. In this book, she brings topics about general rules on formation of contracts (in particular electronic contract) in four European countries: United Kingdom (in particular England), Germany, Italy and Norway as well as the implementation of Article 11 of the EU E-Commerce Directive in these four countries. This book is practical and useful for those interested in knowing the legal requirements of formation of contracts in Europe in general, and the abovementioned countries in particular.
